Monthly Rainbow Community Meetings

Options Save Lives hosts two Rainbow Support Meetups every month. These meetings are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and affirming for anyone within the LGBTQIA+ community who is struggling with alcohol use.

Meetings are open to all within the LGBTQIA+ community whether you are using the Sinclair Method (TSM), a different treatment option, or if you simply want to learn more about how to have a healthier relationship with alcohol. We support moderation, abstinence, sober-curious, damp-curious, or wherever you are in your journey.

Even if you are only able to stay for a portion of the hour, please stop in any time. We will be availble for support whether there is one or 50 people. We recognize there are many intersections in life that can lead to or become triggers, so topics are permitted to drift beyond alcohol use, misuse, and reduction. (However, please remember we are not therapists and our resources are limited to alcohol use disorder.)

Out of respect to privacy concerns and the potential for discrimination, this meeting will NOT be recorded. Cameras and microphones are optional. We will have the chat open in case anyone is more comfortable in a text format.

Anyone who fails to respect the dignity of other participants will be removed from the meeting.

Allies are welcome.

Meetings are hosted by Options Save Lives Executive Director Jenny Williamson.
