Private TSM Coaching

Private TSM coaching is available worldwide through YourSinclairMethod.com. TSM coaching is a great way to ask questions you may not want to ask in open peer support groups. You can also use coaching to build accountability, learn how to overcome challenges that are unique to your TSM experience, and get individualized support.

In-person TSM Meetings

The Fox Valley Extinction Club meets every Wednesday, 7pm at the Oswego Community/ Senior Center 3525 rt. 34 Oswego, IL. If you're in the Aurora, Naperville, Yorkville area you are welcome.
